A mix of places: the bigger/rarer stuff is private online sales, all the figures I posted except for the 93 convention figures came from a local toy show, there is a great swap meet 2 minutes from my house where the convention figures were found. Most of the stuff I get comes from eBay. It is by far the easiest place to find stuff.
